Absolutely stunning!

Took a chance on these. Don't normally purchase items without lots of reviews and pictures from people who have bought them, but I couldn't find anything else that matched what I was looking for as well as this.

Really nice

The chairs look really nice and are pretty comfortable. We put them around our poker table, so they tend to get used often and for long durations.

Beautiful chairs

I was nervous since they didn’t have any reviews but so glad I took a chance and bought these chairs. They are exactly what I was looking for! The hardware is silver which is kinda hard to find with beige chairs. The fabric is VELVET which isn’t clear from the description, it just said polyester. But looking at the single chair vs the set, the single pair did outline that they were velvet so I assumed these were the same which I can now confirm for sure that they are. So if you aren’t looking for velvet these are not for you! But they are perfect and I love them

Bolt Missing

Giantex very promptly responded to my problems. The 4th chair wasn't delivered until 2 days later after a long weekend. One leg was slightly dented and filled in with something that flakes off when I touch it; however, it is very small and near the top of the leg so it doesn't really show unless you look for it. A bolt and washer was missing for one of the legs of the 4th chair and it had a few spots on the fabric that looked like someone with dirty hands had packaged it at the factory. Giantex rep. asked me to look for a bolt in my city as it would take several weeks for me to receive one if they ordered it. (chairs are made in China) After 2 days of trying I finally out of desperation looked on amazon.ca and took a chance ordering a set--with tax just over $17 Cdn for 4 bolts. They arrived in the mail after 2 weeks and worked perfectly. The chair cleaned up nicely--the polyester velvet is soft and cleans easily with a damp cloth.

This chair is wonderful… Great feel.. easy to assemble. Look forward to buying the others.
