so disappointed!

This pillow didn’t look anything like the website picture. Definitely not a dark navy blue. Needed that to match my comforter & shams. Not even a pretty shade of blue….. And very disappointed in the quality too. Cheap looking. Material was bumpy from whatever the pillow was stuffed with. I would NOT recommend this.

Beware. This pillow is smaller than claimed and is NOT filled with feather down, but with polyester. Very disappointing, and to return I would have to pay nearly half the purchase price. I won't be buying from Bed, Bath and Beyond again.

Velvet Pillow

The pillow is nice looking but stiff. There were so many tags on it and they were very difficult to get off without cutting the fabric of the pillow. So instead of cutting into pillow fabric there is a bit of a black tag still on it.

This is just the pillow I was looking for. It gives rich accent to my couch.

Website was totally misleading about the color being navy blue. It’s closer to teal and I’m being charged 11 to return something that I can’t use because the color was not as advertised. Very disappointed with Wayfair!

I loved this pillow at first. It was so soft and comfy. But over time I started feeling prickles. You can feel the individual down feathers poking through. I had to replace it because it became too uncomfortable

The red color is beautiful, but the description is totally misleading. Under the description, it lists them as polyester, and the velvet is polyester. However, they are filled with feathers and down and if allergies are an issue, it would be nice to know on the front end what you are truly getting. Shipping costs to return are the cost of the pillow....

Not perfect. A few flaws on the fabric. Crinkly cover on pillow inside. But I can’t bother to return. They are pretty.

Beautiful pillows

These are beautiful pillows and have the amount of filling that I need. Be aware that some colors differ from the website. The light blue is exactly the same color as the teal, a very attractive shade of green, but not light blue. The blue and navy pillows are as shown.

Very nice and soft, good quality, except that the feathers stick through more often than I'd like - even though I put a second pillow cover on underneath - and they're a little sharp.

The azure color is exactly what I hoped for, as it appears on your site. The quality is excellent, the velvet texture rich, and they are beautifully made and filled. I am so happy with the warm splash of color they add to to my dark loveseat.

My kids love this pillow and while I love the color, the actual pillow is quite soft and scrunches down very easily. If that’s what you’re looking for, then great. Otherwise, just know before you buy that this pillow is anything but firm.

The picture above is a different colour than what I ordered. I ordered "green". Your advertised picture did not specify the particular shade of green, which was fine with me. After having viewed numerous pictures, I chose the "green" one in this style. It matched an important piece of my decor. (I even held up my decor piece to my computer screen to ensure that it did match prior to ordering). I was disappointed that it turned out to be a completely different shade of green from what I had thought that I had ordered. My pillow is more of a lime green. (Pic attached). Your advertised pillow is darker. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. I have ordered several items over the past 2 years and this is the only time I have been truly disappointed.
