I bought the curtains for the color and the NOISE REDUCING............... I have a younger, very loud talking neighbor who takes her noisy big dog outside to throw him a ball about every 45 minutes. She is an Early Riser. I LOVE to sleep in since I retired!!! So far, I am NOT hearing them outside in the mornings. They are NOT waking me up!! I do hear them IF I am awake. Her voice isn't so loud, although! I REALLY Appreciate these curtains!! Thank you for making such a Great product!

Very pleased with the quality

I was redecorating my bedroom, and wanted to change the color scheme of all the "software", but still be able to keep the nightstand and the dresser. JCP curtains did not disappoint me: the color is as pictured (beige), the light blocking is EXCELLENT, and I made the right decision to get the curtain's top with the loops in the back instead of the rings - to avoid clashing with the curtain rod. The fabric is velvety and pleasant to the touch. I gave four stars instead of five because the length is only 82" instead of 84". When I pay over $150 for two panels, I expect a generous cut. The width is true.

Very beautiful and looks like good quality. My guests say that they look expensive. I got the sage color and love it.

Good curtains for this price if you just want to block light, but don’t expect any improvement in sound level and does not reduce outside noise up to 40% as claimed. As others have noted, you will need to either iron or put this in a hot dryer to get the wrinkles out.

Beautiful color and quality. The velvet is not heavy and is more like a high quality microfiber. If you have pets, it would be very functional and easy to clean.

These curtains are pretty but they sent me two different curtains. Look at the top of them I wish they would send me the match to the one on the left. This is why I gave them a 4 star otherwise perfect.

The material says it is velvet but it’s really just polyester. It doesn’t look like the photo at all.

Overall, I like the curtains. They’re a bit darker in color than I was anticipating based off of the pictures online, but I still like it. I ordered the sage color. They could use steam as they’re pretty wrinkly. Definitely works to block out light and heat. Would recommend.

"Velvet" Curtains Are Not Really Velvet

I was very disappointed with these curtains. They looked very cheap and were definitely nothing like velvet.

Nice heavy blackout curtains

I really like the look of these blackout curtains. I had to steam them to get all the wrinkles out, but they look great once I did that. They're nice and heavy, blocking noise and doing a really good job blocking out light.

Quality seems ok but color is waaaaay off

I just got them so may update this for quality, but the off-white is a light-ish tan. It is not off-white. They’re straight up tan lol. Luckily, the room they’re being hung in is a dark neutral taupe, so they may work anyway.

Love the curtains. It's a theatre vibe all day.

The photos don't do these curtains any justice. I purchased the gray colored curtains and am loving them so much.

Customer Service is STUPID

Please change your description to state that this is a single panel, not double!! I contacted customer service and they are idiots. Home Depot, please read your reviews and get your act together.

Poor quality, very disappointing

These are great!!! Very heavy and thick!!! I agree with those that stated to be sure to put in the dryer to get the wrinkles out. They look great and expensive. The only thing is def be sure you have decor to dress them up. Absolutely worth it!!!
