Cute umbrella! Fits on the patio perfectly. We love the simple detail in the way that it opens and closes without much effort. We got a ton of comments on this, keeps the sun off of everyone because of its large size.

Love this umbrella and get lots of compliments from friends. I use it in between 2 lounge chairs and it has just enough coverage for both chairs.

Big and beautiful!

Beautiful umbrella. If you are looking for a little shade from the sun it's perfect. I will say it's not white white. It has an off white cast to it. But very nice umbrella.

Ivory not White

Ordered the Black/white umbrella. White with a black trim. It is definitely Ivory and not a true bright white. Back it goes.

Beautiful ...But

I have wanted a large umbrella like this for a long time but hesitated because of the price. I did purchase this and I love the way it looks ,but I have difficulty opening it. I need two hands to crank it up and each time I am afraid it will break .I purchased it in March but didn't open it until May, past the 30 day return window.

A real disappointment in the product and QVC

We have two other Safavieh umbrellas that I purchased from QVC. They are great and have performed well. This, of course, was why I purchased this particular umbrella based on the idea that it would be as nice and as sturdy as the others. Wrong. It is very unstable and is missing parts. I can’t help but believe that we were shipped a return product that was missing parts. I am very disappointed in QVC lately. When you get a product that is not good, you had better be sure that you check it out the first hours that you get it so that you can return it. This umbrella of course cannot be returned. It’s a rip off. QVC has become so unethical.

Umbrella stunning but the pole is cheap!

The design of the pole is not sturdy enough to accommodate the weight and width of the top. I’ve had this up for a week and it snapped in half at the point where the bottom half of the pole screws into the top. I’m seeking a refund.

Ordered 4 umbrellas and i did not receive the 11ft round. But instead received a rectangular one. They are off white, would've preferred it to really be white. They wouldn't send me a replacement in a different color since the white one was no longer in stock.
