Gorgeous sofa! Beautiful lines, fabric, and craftsmanship.Along with Indian raw silk throw pillows (lime green for spring/summer, burnt orange for fall/winter) as well as professionally applied sun protection because of my high-rise location, it is exactly what I was looking for.

The delivery driver refused to

The delivery driver refused to try to deliver the sofa and I never received it. Customer service refused to talk to me on the phone and will only communicate via email.

We love our Lampert sofa. We got exactly what we ordered. We love the color and the comfort of the sofa. It definitely stands out when you enter the apt. We are very happy with the purchase we made.Zita and Brooks.

Looking at this for months

Looking at this for months and finally ordered. The next day, noticed discoloration; called customer service. Advised final sale and there is nothing they can do. Want the loveseat but now very skeptical. Too expensive to risk same issue.

I have not gotten my

I have not gotten my sofa and everyone went silent ... they sent me a sofa with a broken leg and then returned it back and told me o wait for the broken leg to be fixed like jonathan adler has only one sofa available .. when i called the support line like a first time client.. they told me that they the same sofa available in stock and ready to ship .. can someone explain to me why i have to wait 6 more weeks on top of the 4 weeks i had already waited while you have the same sofa available

I LOVE this sofa. In

I LOVE this sofa. In fact, it’s the second one I’ve owned. It looks chic, is even comfortable to sleep or nap on and the silver/grey velvet wears extremely well.

No middle support beams

I ordered this couch and waited the usual one year with Covid delays once I received it I realized that the middle of the couch had absolutely no support beams or legs in place. Once I sat down the couch it bowed in the middle with just one person on it. Once I called customer service they let me know that they would not be able to help as it would void the warranty to add an additional leg they also informed me that Jonathan himself has the couch and he’s never had a problem implying I shouldn’t either. I went rounds with customer service to the point where I gave up. I would warn you not to be fooled by the pictures and do look into this defect.

This couch broke my heart

I adored--and still adore--the style of the Lampert. We were so excited to get it in black linen--and then, immediately, it started disintegrating. First little white synthetic hairs started coming out of it all over. Then, one by one, the buttons in the seat cushion started coming off. Then, embarrassingly, holes started developing in the seat cover--all with what I consider no more than standard, gentle use. This couch looks like a dream, but if you plan to sit on it even a little, steer clear.

Terrible delivery scheduling and service.

Terrible delivery scheduling and service. From the date of order of the sofa to actual receipt of sofa was over 5 months. From when I received email notice that my sofa finally shipped to the date of actually receiving the sofa was over 1 month long. No one contacted me to inform me of the delay in shipping or to apologize for it. When the sofa finally did arrive, it came with a staple punctured into the middle of the fabric seat cushion I had to carefully remove and also dings in the frame by the legs.
