Digital controls are not intuitive and cumbersome. Cooking is uneven. Instructional booklet is useless. Hard to clean. Wish I could return it. A waste of money.

Great Asset for Your Kitchen

Great convention oven. Little disappointed that the temperature will only go up to 400 degrees but luckily most of the food I cook is that temperature or lower. Looks good on the counter and to date I have no complaints about how my food is turning out. Definitely would recommend

There is not a real manual to tell us how to actually operate this oven; the cook book talks about preheat, how do we know when a certain temperature is reached? Is preheat incorporated in the cycles? Or is preheat only manual?
