Bought and assembled last week. Instructions are a bit vague, but not too difficult to figure out. Looks great.

Good Quality - Takes a lot of time to put togethe

Just got it put up so time will tell. Generally well thought out. A few areas where diagrams not showing true connections of parts. Parts look durable and everything all with rust proof coating, I think. Took many hours...be patient.

We’ve had our gazebo a year now and we love it! It was easy to set up but definitely requires two people, ideally three. The gazebo stills looks brand new after one winter and no rust! Works great! Highly recommend!

Not entirely satisfied

Is a nice shelter, but it was not easy to put together. Two people took an entire day/eight hours To put it together. It would’ve been a lot easier if the roof pieces came put together in sections and then all they would have to do is be placed into their position. Instead, every single little piece of the roof had to be assembled before putting on top of the Shelter. Having those pieces already together, would’ve saved a tremendous amount of time.

Have two people for construction

The directions need to include verbal instructions. Several times the picture did not have clear process application. Other than that the gazebo is perfect.

Love our Gazebo!

We love it. It’s a sturdy structure. Looks great. Fits perfectly on our deck. Love that we don’t need to take it down in the winter. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the instructions are not straightforward.

Well Built with Excellent Finish

We purchased this to replace a soft-top. Construction is sturdy, and it appears that the roof will withstand moderate snow-load as long as it is cleaned off regularly. Very pleased with the appearance - the finish is outstanding. Comes with bug curtains, and the privacy curtains can be purchased separately.

Great gazebo!

I really like the look of the Gazebo. I like that it's a Canadian company, located not to far from me. I especially like that they sell parts, if something breaks. I think this was a great Gazebo at a reasonable price. If you are not handy, and have at least 2 friends who are also, the assembly of this item is challenging. Use of a screw gun can be helpful, but if you cross thread a screw, easy to do, you have big issues. A ratcheing screw driver is MUCH better. If the intructions say 8-10 hours, it will take closer to 10 than 8.

Great quality, inaccurate instructions

It is a good quality gazebo. The instructions are unclear on the 10 x 10, the centre roof piece is round with upper and lower indents, also the roof panels say 01 and N1 but should say just Left and Right! Who wrote these instructions!

Nice gazebo. Setup instructions suck. When u install the rood panels u need to install the outer rails first then then the panels.

Looks amazing!

My husband completed this gazebo in about 5 day’s. He worked on it for about 2+ hours each day. Lots of swear words and frustrating moments but he did it. The pieces were not as heavy and sturdy as we thought but once it was finished we were pleased! This really should be a two man job especially when putting the roof together. One person to hold the roof and another to drill in the screws. Over it looks fantastic. With patience and a little manipulation of some pieces, it will come together nicely.

Customer Service 0 star Gazebo 5 star

So I purchased a Sojaq ventura II last year, and decided this year i would like to put up a privacy curtain. However for this you need more steel hooks then what the gazebo came with. I have repeatedly called their customer service, been left on hold for 30 mins and still no answer. I tried sending an email and it has already been over a week and still no response. All i wanted was to buy extra steel hooks.!! The gazebo is awesome!! its too bad i cant say the same for the customer service.

Ventura II 10x10 gazebo

It is very nice and completes the backyard. I gave 4 stars because the instructions could be a little better. We ended up watching a video and certain steps were different from the instructions.

Good Value for a Hard Top

Good sturdy frame and fairly easy to construct. Would have given five stars, but it came with a lighter gauge screen than I expected.

Love this gazebo so far! Nice and sturdy...netting included. Took one person about 2 hours and two of us about 3 hours to set up. So far so good!!
