Beautiful planters and sturdy however one insert came cracked on the corner. Is there a way to have a replacement insert?

I love these planters! We have surrounded our wrap around porch with them and they are very durable. Easy installation and although they are plastic they seem like they will hold up quite well. We have received compliments from friend as well as neighbors stopping on the road to compliment our new addition!

Important... this is not a *window* box, but a planter only meant to sit on the ground. It comes with no hardware. I interpreted the "window box" part of the description, as being able to hang. And, they have cutouts for brackets - but no brackets are included. And it is so heavy (20 lbs without dirt) that you won't be able to hang without. Very disappointed as I had to pay $62 to return them after exploring options to hang and not finding any alternative. Customer service stated that they were not advertised to hang. But these are called window boxes while others are referred to as planters. I hope Wayfair will at a minimum make the description clearer so others don't lose money like I did.

Brackets are for railings only

The brackets that came with us that are described for window hanging are a joke. They are only really useful for railings. We weren't even able to use them to hang our window boxes. My husband had to make holders for the window boxes. Such a misrepresentation on the websiteof the window hangers. The boxes themselves are great and sturdy and beautiful.

Heavy and good quality

Very nice material. Comes in a sturdy box for shipping. Definitely heavy duty. You will need strong brackets or extra brackets to hold the weight of it if you intend on using dirt and real plants. I'm using artificial but still heavy. Will need two people to install.

I love my planter box. It was very easy to assemble. The only thing was they left out the part for self watering but other than that, it is just what I wanted.

Beautiful and durable window boxes! Very easy to assemble and install. Large, deep boxes hold all the flowers and soil you need!

Not self-watering.

The main reason that I had purchased these window boxes was because they were self-watering. Apparently the supply company no longer makes these boxes self-watering. If that doesn't bother you then the boxes should suit you fine. Plastic, light weight, most likely paintable.

When I receive the product I put it together within five minutes maybe 10 I put it up on my fence. I got nothing but compliment from everybody that drives by you say I live in a mobile home and it has a fence all around it and it just made it look so elegant and nice and I appreciate that. I am so happy.

Setting a Formal Touch

Great constructed planter. Awesome price. Makes perfect focal area with is gormal look. This brand is by far the most well made hard plastic, that with holes an ary of plants or great tank for water pond spitters to enhance garden area. I have purchased 5 differ sizes for my courtyard. If i had soace gor more i would definitely select this brand, they are the Best.

Suprisingly good quality for the price, very happy with the brackets and the water wells (that are included). When I assembled them (very easy) I left off the bottom 'cornicing' as I prefer the cleaner look. I did quite a lot of research on black rail planters and would defnitely reccomend.

Quality materials and solid construction.

Good to hang on railings but not a good window box. It is so heavy and it has to hook on the frame of the window. We use as a decorative piece along our sidewalk.

I highly recommend this planter. Looks elegant and very easy to install
