Horrific! Stay Clear of Their Products!

We cannot use the oven. Told that a difference of 30% is what is considered acceptable. Try that with baking or cooking. We are now looking for one to replace it. We bought a gut renovation. I guess we know why they used the stove. Someone else must have not wanted it.

great range

looks great, works great. simple and elegant. burner run consistent. over takes a few meals to get used to temperature range, and works well with circulation/convection fan. even the time sounds old school. had ours over 6 years and havent had any issues other than above, plus the rear vent riser is sharp as heck so be carefull. not sure the other review is valid, from our experience the range works and looks great. we even eventually got the matching hood.

Avoid at all cost

We had the predecessor to this range when DeLonghi owned it. The only reason we bought this range again was because we knew the dimensions were exactly the same to fit our custom island and we had a decent experience with our DeLonghi. The Verona (for lack of better words) is A COMPLETE PIECE OF CRAP) Do NOT buy this range. We had to have technicians out immediately after install because the oven wouldn't light. The technician drilled holes and added washers and some other stuff that should never have to be done to a brand new range. He said he "has had to do this to multiple units" It still doesn't work properly and aggravates us to no end. I continue to have to disassemble the knobs and add / subtract washers to get it to light. Save yourself the headache and get a different range.
