finish wore off handle in 6 months
I ordered two open box items and I pondered the "open box" for a while, being hesitant on it being damaged or missing parts. They came with every part and they looked great. I am glad that I ordered these.
The colour is very fake looking. It looks cheep. I will not be using it.

Beware of black faucets/hardware! Though I thought I was going to be trendy, and this matches the vanity and mirror I bought it with, the coating is not reliable. Not long after installation, a little "pill" or bubble formed right on the top of the faucet spout. Like a grain of sand. I went to pick it off and that must have taken the coating with it. Now it "weeps" through and I have 2 spots now, one a little rusty-looking. No way to get rid of this. I wish I had stuck with brushed nickel - to match the hardware on the vanity.

Beautiful faucet, had some plumbing work done which dirt ended up getting into the filter, was relatively simple to take it apart and clean the filter but Ive had it for awhile now and so far works great.
We love our faucet in brushed nickle finish. Its an updated touch in our bathroom that goes beautifully with our WayFair vessel sink! Easy to install with just the right amount of height above rim of the bowl. We get lots of complements!
