Popup Drain Fails

Bought two of these and the faucets. The packaging faucets included a popup drain. BUT both popups, when installed the threads stripped, and became useless. Had to order Kingston brass solid steel popups replacements for both sinks. The popups that came did not has the strength to hold up to proper torque.

It was the perfect design... :)

It was easy to install with a wrench to tighten faucet.It was pretty and it exceeded my expectations for the price.

I wanted to replace the faucet in my guest bath and this looked like a good option for my vessel sink. When I received it the outside packaging was fine but when I looked at the faucet it was dented. Not sure if this was a manufacturing issue or if it happened during shipping. The faucet has a lighter eight tube than what I expected but feels relatively stable when installed. Comes with a pop-up drain plug. The hot and cold water supply lines come with the faucet but you need to install them yourself into the faucet.

[Rewarded Review] Faucet is good for what it is described for

I took the faucet not understanding what type of sink it was for. It is still good but just too tall. I’m going to upgrade my vanity to make it look normal. It’s a compliment to my bathroom and I hate that it wasn’t shorter. I love the color and the way it functions. Its flawless design can be blended into any bathroom. It’s easy to install and mount and takes less than 30 minutes.

It took me less than thirty minutes to replace my old faucet with this one. This faucet requires the assembly of the water lines into the base of the faucet before placing it into the sink or countertop. Something to note is the water lines on this faucet are 18 inches in length. The only tools needed are an adjustable end wrench and a spanner wrench or a pair of adjustable pliers. Unfinished Product

The mounting screws were not predrilled and this is stainless steel. It was extremely hard to attempt any drilling and before I started I took it to a machine shop and they and I decided it would be best to return it to the manufacturer so they can finish it for the next customer.

It appears to be a decent faucet; only time will tell. instructions were very poor, obviously written by the foreign country it was imported from (it's so easy to tell just from the poor grammar as well). For someone who is installing this for the first time, it would be a bit difficult. The reason for the two star is that although the drain assembly was included, it did not specify in the description that the drain was for a sink with overflow. The drain assembly pictured in the description shows a metal drain assembly, suitable for a sink without overflow. This was completely misleading, as the drain assembly included was plastic, for one, and made for sinks with an overflow. I had to go out and pay an additional amount for the correct drain assembly. Had I known that this was going to be the case, I would have picked a faucet where the drain assembly was not included. This made what seemed a reasonable price for the faucet, very misleading. So buyer beware! All in all, I am not satisfied with this product, nor Home Depot's misleading description.
