Target needs to take a lesson from Amazon on their Return procedures.
The chair was damaged at arrival, so I returned it, via return pickup by UPS, but I was just informed, I will not receive my credit back on my card until August 28th! Pretty disappointing… does not make sense to me as to why it takes so long. Amazon credits back as soon as it’s checked in at UPS. Also, based on the way the carrier handled the box for pick up, I can see why the chair was damaged. Especially, since there is no protective padding in the box.
