Damaged goods

Product arrived with damaged shelves. 2 were unusable and 3rd shelf visibly damaged. We are pursuing replacement with vendor and will update review as this progresses. Shipment did not include assembly instructions. We are requesting that from vendor as well.

Shelves

Once I got over the fact that there were no assermbly instructions and got some help putting the shelves together, the assembled shelves are great. They are very sturdy and fit a lot, helping greatly to organize my basement.

Delivery process great - return process horrible!

I bought a different unit and returned this one. The return process was very annoying exercise. Slow line, unprofessional staff; 15 minute delay while they confirmed with a manager that my receipt was accurate - it was.

Very simple to assemble

Wasn’t sure I was ready to spend this much on a shelf but I’m glad I did. It was not a hard process to assemble. It did wonders for my record storage. The bottom shelf has well over 270 records on it and we are grateful for it.

The first shelf I purchased I put it together by myself and I am a petite female and it took me little over 45min to an hour to put together. It goes way faster with 2 people. I purchased 2 more of the shelves and it didn’t take my husband and I long at all. Very Sturdy and the quality is very good. I have 3 of these shelves now.

Muy ligero, pero montado con soporte. Estoy muy satisfecho y lo recomendaría a otras personas.Debe haber una visera y una sierra Huck, ya que muchos pernos de montaje no son de tamaño completo, y las materias primas deben ser cortadas antes de que pueda atornillar las tuercas.

Il primo scaffale che ho acquistato l'ho montato da solo e sono una femmina minuta e mi ci sono voluti poco più di 45 minuti a un'ora per assemblarlo. Va molto più veloce con 2 persone. Ho acquistato altri 2 scaffali e io e mio marito ci è voluto molto tempo. Molto robusto e la qualità è molto buona. Ho 3 di questi scaffali ora.
