Appareil conforme à la description. Le voltmètre du transformateur n'est pas très précis sur les basses tensions (numérique), mais il s'affine au fur et à mesure en augmentant la tension. Je contrôle avec un multimètre. Sur la tension secteur 230v, il est pas mal et plus aussi. En ce qui concerne l'appareil en lui-même, ça me me parait bien, il semble bien construit, c'est du costaud, du lourd et il fonctionne bien, à voir dans temps. En ce qui me concerne, je vais l'utiliser principalement pour réguler la tension de mon transfo d'isolement qui dépasse parfois les 245 volts.

Works fine, the wiring inside was a bit dodgy but i fixed it. Overall it's a decent variac for the money.

The package arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The device is quite robustly built and for now it does its job very well.

This Variac works very well for controlling power to many low voltage devices such as older Landscape lights and small motors. the built-in volt meter, helps set the correct output. The compact size allows it to fit on the test bench.

This is without a doubt a really nice unit. It does exactly what it says....the digital readout is super nice to have. I would not buy one of these units without the digital readout. 110 volt variac

Very nice and clean voltage works well for any brushless fan motor and also it’s good quality for the price point. So if you’re looking for something with good quality and good price. I would recommend this.

The variac works very well

The variac is great value for the price I paid for it. It works very well for my intended purpose, which is to bring up the supply voltage of a tube audio amplifier slowly in case it has problems, an amplifier that I had not used for many years. The voltage scale is graduated quite accurately and matches the multimeter reading relatively well. The variacs maximum setting is also high enough so that I was able to use a dim-bulb current limiter in series with the amplifier the first time I powered up the amplifier. I have to bring up that this is the second variac I purchased from the supplier. The first one was received damaged and was returned to the supplier at their cost. The refund was made to my account the same day I took the variac to FedEx. It was a bother but the supplier was very professional about the return. I am a happy customer.

Exactly what I needed...

I needed a Variac for circuit troubleshooting and this fits the bill--the price is hard to beat, the capacity was what I needed and it was delivered promptly and well-packaged, which is important, considering how heavy they are. I especially liked the digital voltage readout instead of an analog readout. First thing I did out of the box was to comparatively check the calibration and output with both digital and analog voltmeters, and while it wasn't absolutely perfect, the product I received was within a volt or so of being on the money. Of course, if you need laboratory accuracy, you can always spend several hundred dollars more and get it. Also, remember that the control dial reads percent of total output, NOT voltage. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and the seller, and I would recommend it to others.
