Grill grates are thin and already starting to detach from the frame. Only have have used this on three occasions so far. Other then that it gets the job done.

Item was actually great. However, it was missing parts when it was delivered. I contacted support and they suggested me to source the part and I will get reimbursed which I think is ridiculous. If it’s missing a part, send the part to the customer. Don’t let the customer go on a goose chase on looking for the part. Long story short, I made it work with the parts I already have. It works just fine but I purchased the product for 4th of July and I didn’t even get to use it.

Well engineered product

The grill is a well engineered product. The assembly went smoothly, and all of the parts went together easily. I was impressed with the lightweight portability of the grill. However, the most important component, the grill grate, that comes in direct contact with the items you will consume was completely compromised during the first burn. (see photo) The plating on the substandard gauge wires flaked off and the rack twisted from the heat of a single charcoal burn. I’d suggest instead of supplying a dome mounted thermometer and the silly lid holder and tool rack with their grill, VEVOR should consider supplying a set of thicker gauge stainless steel grates for the charcoal and cooking grates. I quickly replaced the compromised food grate with a well-used one that came from my 15+ year old Weber grill. Remember to keep the original shipping carton with the overkill of protective old school Styrofoam packing … you will need it should you have to return the grill during the one year warranty period. ⭐️

A very good bbq. Only thing is I should of got a bit smaller one. Only reason is it's only me and the wife so a charcoal bbq this size is more for a family of 4 or more.

Good grill, good features

Build was ok. Was missing temp gauge. Vevor made it right for me. Noticed the chrome pieces rusting slightly while waiting for new gauge, but I live by the ocean and the salty air does make things rust faster. Need to clean and oil the parts a bit then cover it for protection. I like the features for the price point. Solid 4 stars. It is cheaper than a Weber kettle, but quality about the same.

Some instructions for assembly could be clearer, overall not too hard.

Great Kettle Grill

Was fairly easy to set up. The screws was a little confusing due to some being almost the same. Love the features, the lid holder and spice and utensil holder is for sure a bonus. Used it once, cooked well and hold heat well. Surprised I got 30 drumsticks and a slab of ribs at one time.

The assembly was a piece of cake , installing the legs was a bit of a challenge. Be careful handling the hot lid if you are use to a Webber, this one kind of hangs on to a wire rack. The biggest draw back is that after cooking, the kettle is not air tight, even when you close all of the vents. The results is your brickettes burn up to ash.

Difficult to assemble. Ash blocked vent holes creating air flow problems.

Great value, nice and sturdy. The only thing I would change is the directions. They need to add words to the pictures.

We ordered the grill on sale online using a gift card and, after we picked it up at the store, we noticed that it was damaged. Not only could we not exchange it for another one at the same price (it mysteriously was out of stock), Customer Service would only issue the refund in store credit, which can't be used online. Lesson learned: Be VERY careful when ordering items from Home Depot!

Relative to what is available in this space, this grill in phenomenal. Great to use and comes with the accessories that really matter and make sense (e.g., thermometer, lid holder, utensil holder). Have used multiple times now and confident with purchase.
