one of the few products I've ordered not to good

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing I had no idea how different it was but anyway I never took it out the box because I was looking to Walmart app and I saw another one that could actually do both the floors and the carpets I really really needed it for the carpets so that's why I'm going to take it back to the store and it's changing for the other product I think it's of the same company I'm not sure but I'm sure it's a good machine but just that I wanted something that could do the carpets also not just the floor and the other thing I saw could do all that okay thank you and have a blessed night stay safe

Arrived the next day packaged well. Easy to put together. Took two minutes. I am replacing another type steam cleaner. I've used steam cleaners on my tile for years. The other one that I replaced got to be too heavy and the pads were a pain. This one is much lighter. The pads are velcro and stick on easily. It takes me 4 pads or more to do all my floors. Sad it only came with 2 pads and I'm having trouble finding the exact pads. I've ordered some that I think will work. I'm hoping they fit. But I absolutely love this steamer. It holds a good amount of distilled water and I can do a couple of rooms before I have to refill. AND the cord is long!!! I'm excited about that. Don't have to stop, unplug and relocate it. I like this one much better.

It’s definitely a lower quality steam mop!

I would have liked a steam adjuster. Also the power button is way down on the body of the steamer I would have preferred it to be on the handle

After a months use the back gets hot but it no longer steams I’m so disappointed in this product.

Don’t waist your money

I never even received this bc the delivery date was delayed so many times I canceled it. Never got my refund even after calling customer support and using the live chat. I’m just out the money and disappointed.

I really totally love this steam machine. My floors are spotless. I just recommended it to my girlfriend who lives in Florida and I am sending her the link to get it. It works so good. It is amazing.

Love this steamer so far. Have only have used it once so far but works.great! We have ceramic tile with grout so hard to get grout clean as I would like. That being said I would recommend this to anyone.

[Rewarded Review] Nothing works well

As soon as I put it together I knew it would be cheap, no good. Didn't clean well and left the floor area just done soaking wet. Steam mops are supposed to dry immediately as you go along.( And cool to the touch as well) Dont waste your money. its cheap plastic too. it could break very easily i could tell. I am 103 lbs and I could have snapped it in half. I have a Shark steam mop in storage i have to get, all the bells and whistles..lift away to clean drapes or anything you want. What a difference between the two. The only problem with these fancy steamers and vacuums is the small water reservoir.
