It looks good. But I’m very disappointed and frustrated when I found out from our professional builder who installed it that the handle could not be attached properly because the holes are bigger than the size of the screws. Also, the screws inside that act as rack lock/stopper could not be tightened, one screw kept falling off and one screw is missing. I’ve been travelling and I just found out about the poor quality problem. This is a brand new upscale house that was just recently completed. We wanted the appliances to complement the tastefully designed interior of the house. Sadly, the Vevor wine cooler’s quality is very disappointing and frustrating. I do hope VEVOR will redeem itself by fixing the handle problem and the loose/missing screws inside the unit soon. Looking foreard to hearing back from VEVOR for a prompt resolution. Thanks.
This wine cooler was advertised as having blue led lights but what we received had white lights. Both Home Depot and the manufacturer worked diligently with us to rectify the situation with excellent customer service. Very responsive and rectified by sending us a light kit replacement. We also could not imagine how we could get 30 bottles into this cooler and they solved that, too, by showing us how to stack the bottles. We love this cooler- it fits perfect under our counter, looks amazing and cools beautifully. Highly recommend this product. The customer service has been stellar!
