This slicer is bigger then I realized,I have only used it once and the slider is a little flimsy,it didn't come with a manual in the box so you have to download the manual and what I have read it's not very easy to follow

This slicer is perfect for home use. It is super easy to clean and even has a metal knob that hold the blade while taking it apart! I thought that was genius. Also, have a blade sharpener attached. We make our own bacon and this slicer makes cutting a breeze. I would recommend this to everyone.

Good Overall

This is my third attempt at receiving a good meat slicer purchased online. The two previous meat slicers purchased from the big W store had to be returned for poor quality and missing parts.

Works great! Sometimes meat gets caught and thrown back, but I've worked restaurants for years and haven't had one NOT throw back meat. Great investment if you buy bulk and freeze!

The slicer I bought far surpassed my expectations. It is a very well built slicer, it is also very heavy and stays in place. It slices like it is slicing melted butter, but cuts very good and in many sizes. I love it, it is the best one I have ever had and I have had 5 of them.

I liked the item but it came too late. Anytime, fedex is one of the worst delivery carriers. Fedex is the reason did not get my item on time.
