Grinder

Been looking for a good quality grinder that wouldn’t break the bank and I finally found it. This grinder is a beast. Very well built. Very quiet. It was missing a part but notified VEVOR and they are sending the missing part.

Great grinder that is over kill for home processing

Great grinder that makes processing at home a breeze. Coupled with the 15lb stuffer and mixer you can make large batches of sausage in less than an hour. My only problem with the grinder is the tray and the plastic stuffer. The tray is a little flimsy and is pinch welded with sharp edges that catch the plastic stuffer. This wouldn't be much of a problem if the fit was a little looser but you have to force it through the meat tray opening. That being said you really don't need the stuffer at all because this thing pulls the meat through by itself ! So... Over all great value for the money at less than a third of the cost of another brand

Not happy

I'm not happy with the performance and it started leaking some kind of liquid also the grinder doesn't seal off against the drive unit and meat works in behind the grinder and it will not push the meat into sausage casings

This small Meat grinder worked better than expected with no problems. After having been a meat cutter for fifteen years this equipment worked really well with no clogging on the course plate or the fine grind plate on the second grind. A great value!!

Not a happy purchaser

This unit should up at my house, the packaging was in perfect shape, delivered as per schedule. That’s were the good news ends, I unpacked the unit, followed instructions, plugged it in and turned it on, it never ran from the on set. I’ve been back and forth with customer service and they want me to re wire the unit, I’m not an electrician nor do I want to repair the unit. I’ve asked on several occasions for a new unit and have been only instructed to check the wiring followed a video showing me how to wire the unit. I’m not a happy butcher/ sausage maker right now as I had my moose ready for processing and have since had to freeze it as I look for alternatives. Very disappointing to say the least.

Niveau hachoir pour chair à saucisse, rien à redire nickel tout passe et la lame évacue les nerfs.

Excellent grinder. Very sturdy and works well. However, it seriously lacks an instruction manual. The manufacturer spends the whole time covering their butts on warranty, rather than giving a detailed and specific breakdown of how to use the machine and all of its components. In particular, a very odd detail about “breaking the red dot“. On the oil Bolt there is a rubber red dog… Before using the machine, you must remove the bolt and pry out the rubber dot that is red. There are no instructions for this process in the manual.

When I saw this meat grinder listed for less than $60, I couldn't say, "No." I have been grinding small batches of sausage meats using my KitchenAid stand mixer. It does a good job, but it takes 20 minutes or longer to grind 5-6 pounds of meat. When this grinder arrived (there was an unexplained shipping delay), I ground a 7-lb batch of meat in about 3 minutes (the meat tray holds about 3 pounds at one time), and about 15 minutes later, I had 25 sausages stuffed, linked, and in the freezer. I'm not terribly impressed with the stomper which is a two-piece item made of plastic -- I may replace it with a wooden one -- but I haven't found it necessary to use it if the meat is cut into appropriately sized chunks (the chute is almost 2" in diameter) . . . meat feeds just fine by itself, and it crushes ice cubes with ease to clear the last bits of meat from the grinder. The parts are all quality stainless steel (but should only be hand washed with mild detergent). It does come with one sausage stuffing tube for 32-36mm casings, but I have a sausage stuffing machine with multiple sized tubes which works better.

Good quality meat grinder. We used it to process a cow and it ground the burger faster than we could keep up.

Wry good grinder as on now, I’ve only used it once for about 160 pounds of ground beef. I would say there is no way it is capable of 500lbs per hour. The hopper is way to small . I have worked in a meat shop and would place this grinder at about 200 pounds per hour on first run and 120 when it’s repass.
