The wife thinks the chlorine smell is gone and water feels softer, which was the goal. It does affect water pressure, but I expected that. How could it not. But it's still sufficient. I selected this one so the filter cartridge could be replaced without taking the shower head and spray extension off requiring readjusting the angles every time.

Not completely eliminated water odor.

Made a difference in water quality immediately. Removing chlorine from shower water makes for less dry skin. Wish I had bought one sooner.

In our home, this drastically reduced water pressure in the shower. We have an older home with older well. Whatever the reason, did not work for us.

Filter are never in stock so they make you buy the whole thing every time you need a new one. They do not last long unless you take hot showers and live in a new build. They are the only filter system so they are profiting off of being the only one in store. The sprite one sucks too.

Pros:

Product stopped working mid shower

Product was easy to install and looked nice. It seemed to be working fine yesterday when I tested it out. Today it work fine for 2 minutes and then I lost all my water pressure when I adjusted the shower head. I had zero water coming out at all. I took everything apart, put it back together and reinstalled and barely had any water pressure at all. Issue has got to be with the filter, because water is coming out just fine when it’s off. Total waste of my money.

Will be returning. The handheld magnetic part does not stay up like it is supposed to. I had to tie it up there. Have not had time to take it down and return it.

Filter life is half of Sprite shower head filter

Always used “Sprite” filters, $25, they last 2-3 months but hate disassembling to change filter & the housing likes to leak. Kohler material is better, no leaks easy change filter BUT 2x the price & doesnt last nearly as long. After only 3 weeks my skin started getting itchy/hair frazzled. When I tested the water, the quality of the water coming out of this overpriced kohler filter was twice as bad as the unfiltered water coming straight out of the faucet. Yuck! I’ll stick with “sprite”

Hair and skin

Purchased and installed 4 weeks ago. Totally changed my hair! What I have noticed: stopped hair loss and breakage, hair is thicker and growing faster, hair is shiny with no damaged ends and I no longer need conditioner.

We can tell a big difference on our bodies using filtered water. My girlfriend says her hair is softer and easier to style afterwards. Highly recommend
