Perfect Runner

My rug arrived A couple of days. It was well packaged and wrapped to remain clean during shipping. The colors were perfect. Very happy with this beautiful rug.

Great Feel

Great long runner, good quality and comfortable feel. The color is a bit darker than shown in the photo so I was a bit surprised. However, the taupe is rich and looks great.

Soho runner rug

Speedy delivery of rug. It was well wrapped and very protected. Love the length of it for my entryway and doesn't seem to show too much shedding from our two very furry cats! This is the second rug we have had from Rugs.com and have been happy with both purchases.

Much darker than expected

We bought the Tribeca runner rug and the color is not true to the color pictured on the website. I thought it would be a light brown, but it's dark chocolate brown. My husband likes it, so I guess we'll keep it. But, I never would have ordered dark chocolate brown for our hallway.

Not Perfect but Worth It

I bought two rugs in this style, one 6X9 and one 3X10 runner. They were both challenging to get the wrinkles out of, but the larger rug now lays flat. The runner, on the other hand is becoming a tripping hazard as the end seem to be permanently rolled up. I've put tape under the ends and weight on the top. I'm giving it a few more days and then requesting a return before someone takes a tumble. Otherwise, they are fine. Good color, fair quality for the price, and great service.
