Great for my office!

This is comfortable and easy to assemble. The ‘back’ is not thick so this is a ‘gentle use’ piece of furniture. Perfect for reading and watching television which is why I purchased it.

Horrible

I needed a comfy chaise to lean back, get settled, and work on some embroidery. I took a chance on this chaise even though it didn't have any reviews yet, and greatly regret my choice. Putting it together was a nightmare, almost half of the holes had been screwed incorrectly so we needed to screw in our own. It took us 3 hours to finally get this thing together, and once it was in a position to sit on, it feels like you're sitting on cardboard. There is no give to the seat, it's like sitting on a solid block of Styrofoam. I can't possibly sit on this for more than half an hour, maybe an hour if I'm ready to accept some back and hip pain. This most certainly is not worth almost $300 (Barely $100 worth), and I would beg that no one else purchase this item. I wish that I could return this item, but now that we've had to screw in our own screws, there's no way it's returnable now. Huge waste of money.

There were no assembly directions, this is very poor construction, don’t buy it!
