All You Need In One (Minus the Records)

I really enjoy the combo of record player, built in speakers, and sub. The sound quality is nice as well, and a good price when on sale.

The sound from it’s horrible. It makes a scratching noise. I tried to contact someone at customer service, even after owning it for just one week, and I got the runaround.

Defective cartridge

My cartridge wore off after a few play. A professional took a look at it with magnifier and saw that the needle is flat. We had to replace it. When I wrote to Victrola Customer Service about the issue they’ve just sent me a generic answer and didn’t solve my problem

Crisp, clear sound of music to my ears

I’ve never had a Vinyl record player of my own, I just turned 50 in November and felt like I wanted to get one and build my own record collection. I loved many genres of music so my collection will be interesting. I also wanted to purchase a made in the USA Brand. I loved the Victrola brand back story and made my purchase. I am thrilled with my purchase. The sound quality is crisp, and clear. Thanks Victrola

Great sound, poor quality

I love this record player with the exception that within 6 months I had to get the belt tightened and the subwoofer stopped working. Upon inquiring about a replacement was asked to submit a video proof of its brokenness, none of which "proved its ineffectiveness". Don't bother asking customer support for anything, warranty is a joke. If you only play a few records a year this is the option for you! But if you're like me, you'll need a better system.

Took two weeks to connect the subwoofer to the player was going to throw out the woofer. Now it's working I'd say it's excellent.

Very disappointed that the unit is skipping, calibrated as instructions(even though it was conflicting information about whether it needed to be right out of the box) turntable wobbles, color faded under control arm..supposed to be a brand new item. Contacting manufacturer. Want a brand new replacement

Severely disappointed

I bought the Victrola V1 bundle for Christmas 2022. I was SO excited to use it. The sound is GREAT for an entry level premium table. The price is GREAT for an entry level premium table.

Easy setup and the quality of audio feedback is much greater than I anticipated! Definitely satisfied with this purchase.

Never worked/ORDER #169851

I bought this bundle in March and have never been able to get it to work. I had multiple people try to help me balance the arm and we were never successful. The two or three times we were able to get some sound going on the player the sound quality was awful and sounded like the needle/cartridge was already broken or damaged in some way. I have spent hours trouble shooting this thing and even reached out to customer support to see if they could help me figure out how to make this work but have had no luck. Since March I have never been able to listen to a record and the return process requires me to pay shipping which would cost me almost the same amount as the bundle itself. It looks nice but that is all it is good for at this time. Save your money, do some research and buy a different record player with more reviews so you know it will work!

Part not available in UK

This was bought for my grandson and it was perfect until he needed a new needle, we were told they are not available in the UK so we are desperately trying to find out how to locate one ,, I wouldn't have bought this one if I had known

Kickass sound system

A whole lot more than you would expect out of a unit constructed with the speakers built-in to the turntable cabinet. You get big sound out of the turntable speakers without any skip crystal clear sound when connected to the S2 subwoofer that’s when it really kicks it does fill a room and then some with music my old time music and it’s nice to buy new stuff on vinyl now I am waiting for the Hackney diamonds album from the Rolling Stones right now. I can’t wait to put that baby on. Great product.

I am pleased with the appearance of the bundle but I haven’t set up yet. Therefore can’t comment on sound or quality of system in actual use.

Decent, wouldn’t pay full price. It’s decent when you get it on sale.

Not worth the price, feels cheap and nasty, Bluetooth connection only connects to older headphones.
