Terrible shipping. I ordered this 11 days ago and contacted seller multiple times to request for a refund as the package have not left their warehouse. Seller refused to provide a refund saying that it is already shipped when the package tracking shows "Label Created" which means UPS has not scanned the package. I am not able to get a refund until this is delivered, I clearly don't know if it will ever be shipped. The original ETA has passed over a week and is still not shipped. Do not buy from this seller. Will dispute to get my money back.
