These are poor quality. I would return them if the cost to do so wasn’t exorbitant. This will be my last oder to Wayfair.

Do not buy the wood broke after 10 uses

I bought 4 of these chairs for use on our boat. I thought they would be great because there are no metal parts. We only used them about 10 times and the wood broke completely on one of the attachments. I wrote the company because I thought maybe it was a defect. They said I was out of the 30 day warranty period, Chairs should last more than 30 days.

love these, exactly what I was looking for. they are easy to move around and not too precious. once I figured out how to assemble it was fairly easy. one of the handles was broken but i’m not worried about it. great purchase and doesn’t look cheap. no exposed bolts or screws either which is a plus.

Sedia arrivata danneggiata, con un pezzo staccato per il quale mi è stato offerto un rimborso di 10euro. Servizio clienti inesistente, non è possibile avere un contatto telefonico, solo messaggi automatici (per di più tradotti con google translator).

Cracked and broken! Cant return

Cracked and broken! Cant return without the box.. cant get a new replacement until the old is back. They offered 11euros if I keep the old one..

Prompt delivery, poor product. Disappointed.

Prompt delivery however the product is poor. Visible glue, fabric edging is worn and cheap. One of the dowels arrived broken and poor instructions to install. Had to sand parts of it so the dowel can slide down. The back seat cover didn't fit so had to get extra.

The quality of these chairs

The quality of these chairs is truly awful. I bought two. (I would have uploaded pictures to illustrate my points but Amazon seems not to accept pictures from iPhoto) - The gulleys for the covers and rods were full of compacted sawdust - The covers do not fit the chairs. The backs are approximately 3cm too narrow (they both differ), which means that the seats will not drop and sit on the side supports. To do so would probably cause the thinner parts of the seats to break. - The teak used in the two chairs is of different thickness, one to the other. - The vendor offered me a miserly total of £20 or, the return of the chairs. i.e. he was offering me the probable cost of his return transport. Some compensation. He would not budge on this amount. - I like the design of the chairs and, having calculated the required sizes, I opted to have some new covers made at a little over the cost of the compensation offered. - In future, I would avoid like the plague, these chairs and the company who sells them

Dopo un mese di utilizzo sì è aperta nelle giunture con caduta della persona che la usa, Per fortuna non è successo nulla di grave. Prima di acquistare ho chiesto al venditore e mi ha detto che la portata era almeno di 120kg. Ho dovuto acquistare una sedia nuova e ovviamente non uguale!
