Nice big 10 foot umbrella looks good and easy to assemble. All I did was buy the four plastic weights from Amazon that I filled with sand.

Previously we used to have the 11 feet cantilever umbrellas. After the company was sold and Abba Patio no longer offers the 11 feet version, we purchased 2 of the 10 feet Vienna Canitlevers. What a horrible, cheap crappy quality. The construction is totally flimsy, cheap plastic parts and the tilting function is so bad, even a light wind gust will toss the umbrella around. This company went from a good quality manufacturer to another cheap, corporate greed driven crap supplier. Never ever again will we buy anything from Abba Patio.

Easy to assemble and use

The overall quality of your product is great ... the first umbrella we bought is great and that is why I came back to you to buy a couple more. But this time I some trouble where the first cantilever umbrella I got had a defective handle sleeve, and you could not just send me a new part, so you sent a whole new umbrella, and this second one was all good but it was missing one little screw... but guess what, by surprise you cannot put the umbrella up without this one little screw. So I am waiting for you to send me one... in the meantime, I went to the hardware store to see if I could find one similar.

The pre-drilled holes do not align on the rotator and the lower pole. Had to drill our own.

I bought a cantilever umbrella from you a few years ago that we love and are still using it.

Really happy with this umbrella and cantilever design. Very sturdy looking and adaptable to various table and chair configurations.

Great Umbrella, But Could Be Better

The quality of this umbrella fully matches its price, both in terms of material and functionality, it meets our patio needs. Still, I wish it were a little larger, and it's a shame it only comes in a 10-foot option.

This company not only had amazing products, but their customer service should be what every company strives to offer. I have purchased several times; the umbrellas and bases stand up to the desert wind and sun! We did have a small shipping damage issue, reached out and Crystal with their customer service department was so helpful, got me the part I needed in a very timely manner. They check up with you through the entire process and even after the sale, just to make sure you are happy! I cannot say enough about how great they are to work with, and their products are top notch as well.

This is an OUTSTANDING, HIGH-QUALITY umbrella!!! Greatly exceeded my expectations!! I was looking at others in local retail patio furniture stores that were twice this price! Covers our space splendidly

Absolutely love the new cantilever umbrella for our deck. We have a two tier deck (difference of 1 ft) and one portion always got a ton of sun. Because of the deck's size, a pergola was not an option and thankfully the cantilever umbrella was exactly what we needed. It's so easy to use and looks perfect for the space. It feels like we now have a new room we didn't realize we were going to gain.

Beautiful color. Covers patio perfectly, love the option to swivel umbrella as sun moves throughout the day. I also got the umbrella base which also is a quality product.

These umbrellas are fabulous. They take strong winds and with a very heavy plastic stand(Abba) that I bought. Normally umbrellas I buy locally will not hold up to the strong winds...these do! Highly recommend and a great price!
