Complete customer service!

the product was really good, but my pickup box revealed a broken dish. I brought it back to the Natick store and the gentleman there was nothing short of super kind and helpful. He handled the return with a smile, offered to re-issue the order and have it delivered to my house. All of that was a seamless return policy with well-versed customer service and the replacement arrived perfectly. I am a future customer!

Beware - Hassle with broken pieces.

Out of 32 pieces, one small bowl arrived broken. I was told it can’t be replaced and I would need to return the entire set (repack and ship 16 pieces) and reorder. Very frustrating customer service experience, and expect an endless loop if more arrive broken. Dishes themselves are nice enough - a creamy white, not bright. Do seem to spot when washed.

Beautiful Dinnerware set! Simple yet can be dressed up with elegant wine glasses for a beautiful table look. Love the rice bowls they can be used for yogurt or fruit. This is a very well thought out practical set for today's modern family. I bought 2 of these sets!

Broken bowls

I like the product, but was disappointed when I opened the box because two bowls were broken. I will now have to return them. Hopefully they will be able to replace them.

Exceptional every-day plates

For me this was one of those rare on-line purchases that turned out even better than I was hoping for. The squared-off rims are just the right design touch to look mid-century or modern farmhouse without coming off as minimalist or rustic. The porcelain I can only describe as voluptuous: the ultimate stealth-wealth. The selection of plates in the set is exactly how we want to eat now.

Love this set!

Absolutely love this set. It is more ivory than white and shiny, not matte, in person. So far no surface scratches. I bought 3 sets for a total of 12 place settings, and I'm thinking of getting one more replacement set. Very happy with my purchase.

A Worthwhile Investment

This dinnerware is a worthwhile investment and satisfies all of my criteria: It looks great, can be dressed up or down (formal or casual dinner), stacks well in the dishwasher to allow thorough cleaning (yay!), stacks nicely in the cupboard, works well in the microwave (doesn't overheat), and doesn't develop scratch marks from stacking or knives. The mug shape has a good feel in the hand and is a nice thickness for both tea and coffee. I hesitated to purchase it, not having seen it in person and being over 100 miles from the nearest Macy's to make it an easy return, but am really pleased with it. Many thanks to other reviewers who helped me take the plunge.

These are beautiful dishes. They are not stark white, more like a cream. Also, in the photo, they look matte, but they are not matte. I will keep them even though I thought they would look more like the photo.

Love this set

I had been looking for a new everyday plate set for some time and kept coming back to these for their simple elegance. But its so hard to just see it online. I was thrilled when I opened the box. They are a heavier weight which I like, they're sturdy. I also loved that I could get a 4 piece set with pasta bowls instead of mugs. I have enough specialty mugs and have always wanted pasta bowls. The regular bowls are on the smaller side but that seems fine since it has the larger pasta bowls. I ended up getting 3 sets so that I could keep some to offset any future breakage. I have read that some people ended up receiving broken dishes. Mine were 100% in tact. I really could not be happier with this dish set.

These are beautiful dishes. I've had them for a year now and they look brand new, not a scratch on them. Very substantial, high quality. Versatile style for formal, casual, or holiday occasions.

Beautiful, modern style

I am so happy with my new dining set. It is so unique,so good quality clean lines. I bought combination of sets in order to have every item from plates and cups. The only thing this particular seet does not have breakfast cups, so I bought breakfast cup from different set but same brand and they matched perfectly. like this brand so much.

BEWARE They Don't Replace Pcs Broken in Shipping

A rice bowl came broken. I went to the store to return it a few weeks back and they told me because it was purchased on line, I had to "return" it online which means sending the broken piece back and then wait for another. Well...when I contacted them, they told me they could not because it was past 30 days from when I purchased it. As a CHRISTMAS present, which was not opened and therefore, it was found broken within the 30 days but since I bought it over 30 days, I have to pay for another rice bowl. Thanks Macys. Just thanks.

Nice Set, Would Buy Again

It is really hard to decide on dinnerware, flatware, and glasses, now that retailers don't display it or stock it in the stores. I had been looking at new dinnerware for awhile and this was one of the sets I was considering. Over the Christmas holiday I was checking prices and this collection appeared on a Daily Deal, so I bought three sets (12 place settings).

Worst customer service

Arrived broken, was told to toss the set and a new one will be sent. Got a gift card!!! No replacement and now getting threating emails I have to return the broken set or else. So yes I’m deleting my Macys account.
