Unhappy with customer service for this set

Received my 20-piece setting and Teo of thr dinner plates were broken. After 30 minutes of trying to get thus resolved, including a foreign customer service rep who offered me a "credit" (why would I want 2 plates when it is a setting for 4), I got a supervisor who I could hardly understand, thereby making me realize I am going to have to call again for resolution. She wanted me to return the box with the two broken plates after I have sent pictures. This is ridiculous. I won't be doing business here again and Bloomingdales needs to do better.

Excellent, classic, artisan dinnerware

I saw these dishes in a random store and fell in love immediately with their clean, simple, yet elegant and lightweight design. I purchased a few sets and I am now building up my collection with the side dishes and serving platters. The manufacturing is flawless and perfection. I haven't seen even one small imperfection on a single item. Everything is run through high quality checks and inspections. I adore this company.

Great Design and excellent quaility

I wanted a classic set of white dishes, and started with just a few pieces of this line. I now have a full set of place settings and I am working on the accessories. Love the quality and style! Everything seems to taste better, and look better on these dishes!
