Purchased this chair from reviews and photo only, big mistake. This chair is not well made at all, make all of noise when you set in it. Padding not thick at all, would have returned if still had box. Hey home Depot sticks to home repair items not chairs. Not happy in Ocala, Florida

Comfortable support

Supremely comfortable support for back. The option to lift the arms up to fit close to the table is a great asset for cosy living i.e. small flat :) Unable to adjust the height of the arm rests when sitting down - may have misunderstood the product description or not found that section in the construction manual. Recommend two people to put the chair together. The instructions are straightforward however balancing the various parts is quite tricky and heavy. I did manage the task eventually by resting the back rest on a dining room chair before securing all the screws. Great product for working from home or if need to dedicate space for household admin. Also,would make a wonderful spare chair for those crowded Christmas Day dinners.

All good so far. Easy to put together and very comfortable and flexible, even for a tight office space. The arms come up so I can pull the chair in when doing written work on the desk or use them when I am typing. Looks great too!

I ordered the Vinsetto office chair with medium expectation, as I'd ordered similar chair, last year (From another retailer) for around the same price. Pleasant surprise! Immediately obvious the materials were of a stronger, and more comfortable construction. Speaking of which, easy enough to put together, just take your time threading some screws, as it's really worth it to get it bang on. The chair has a lovely feel, every time I sit into it.

Poor quality

Having a huge headache with everything I got from debenhams. A lot of admin and you can't get hold of them. They will also hold your refund for as long as they can. Don't waste time and money, shop elsewhere

Well padded, comfortable chair, with good lumbar support when sat at a desk. Robust, with a durable covering. Seems like it will last for many years. Fold-up arms are a real bonus - Allows you to push it under, or close to, a desk or table when not in use. Fold-up arms allow me to use it for playing a keyboard or guitar. It is a great office/studio chair and remarkable value for money.Notifications from Aosom were good and they despatched my order very rapidly. Unfortunately the courier was Yodel who delivered late and dumped it behind my garden gate without even having the courtesy to ring my doorbell.

Looking for a new desk chair as I work from home and firstly looked at Amazon however their options weren’t great. Saw this chair which looked like it had good comfortable padding so went for it and it didn’t disappoint

Not staying up

This chair looks great and the moveable arms are wonderful. My only complaint is it is starting to slowly lower through the day. It shouldn’t be doing this when it’s only a month old. I am not happy about that and not sure how to fix it. It will only get worse.

Beautiful chair buuut it doesn’t hold up

I’ve had this for about a year. I like to sit upright while I’m working but even with the back locked it still tilts quite a bit. Also, the padding, especially on the arm rests became super thin and it’s uncomfortable to rest my arms on it now, and one of the arm rests is a bit wobbly. I love how it looks but unfortunately I’ll be replacing it soon for something more comfortable.

Chair was advertised as being fully assembled. There was a fair amount of assembly involved. Plus, a degree of difficulty with seat and back. Chair is very small, not too comfortable. It is tilted towards the floor. I was not happy and I am returning the chair for a refund!

Adore this chair, very comfortable. I use this chair for work and I’m in it at least nine hours day, it is just plush enough and supportive, and I like the color it’s not your traditional black chair.

I ordered online after looking at lots of chairs and reading the reviews. This seat is worth the money. It is sturdy and extremely comfortable well padded. It was easy to assemble. I definitely recommend it.

I've been looking for a new office chair for my home office for a few weeks and when I saw this I loved the look of it and the colour looked perfect. Ordered it at 9pm on a Thursday and it arrived at 11am on the Friday - super fast FREE delivery.Husband out it together with no problems - the chair looks even better than it does in the photos. Love everything about it but most of all have realised I should have invested in a chair like this a couple of years. It so comfortable and ensure you sit properly at the desk.Style of is modern, another great feature is that the arms move up so that I can put the chair under the desk when not using it.Superb quality- would highly recommend.

Fast and very good delivery service. Easy to assemble the chair. Comfortable although not many features as an authentic ergonomic chair. I’m short and I have to use a footrest at desk.

Very good office chair

Pretty good home office chair. My husband wanted something that was somewhat comfortable and can support him (6'2", 200lbs). I like that it's gray and more attractive than your typical black office chair. I will say the screw covers fall out occasionally and the side of the chair has some wear from rubbing against the desk but I guess it's to be expected.

after a couple of months use the seat wore thin. the user is only about 130 pounds....but the seat looks like she was double. it is comfy though...just wish the seam held longer....maybe this one was a fluke. the seam has fully detached and now using pillows/blankets to cover...not worth the money spent.

The chair was great! It was everything I hoped it was going to be. The quality was very nice and my chair arrived in perfect condition. I liked the fact the arms fold back for when I want to sit closer to my desk.

Very Comfortable

This chair is extremely comfortable but it took quite some time to put it all together.If I had realised that it didn't come already made up then I would have thought twice about buying it. However, very pleased with it now.
