Both times delivered, the hour hand was broken.

Terrible delivery by FedEx. The first time, the delivery driver placed "This Side Up" down and stepped on Christmas lights. I returned it and tried again. The second time, "This side up" was down, again along with damage to the box. At least my lights weren't stepped on the second time. Sending this garbage back.

Once again the hour arm was delivered not working .

We had to dissasemble the back and manually move the hour arm to push it further to get it working

Poorly Designed Prodcut

The hands were stuck together and overlapping. When I added a battery, the hands moved together. Sadly, there was no way to go in through the backside of the clock to fix the hands. Pretty clock but had to return.

Broken Hands

Really liked the design but when I pulled the clock out of the box and tried to set the time the hands just flopped down to the 6 o'clock position like they weren't fastened to the stem plus they were bent.

Perfectly matches wine decor kitchen

After months of looking for a large wall clock replacement, we decided to try this one. Matches our wine decor kitchen perfectly. This is a large clock but very lightweight. Totally silent and keeps time perfectly. Very happy.

Beautiful clock, nicely made, large enough for a plant shelf with high ceilings. Makes a statement. I'd give it 5 stars; however, the clock itself hasn't kept time since day one. We've changed batteries multiple times, won't work. We like it so much, we put the time at 5 o'clock and that's where it stays. Always cocktail time!

Beautiful, well constructed clock but a bit heavy and not a good way to hang it on the wall. Can't just use a picture hanger. Had to add a wire to get it to hang correctly.

Great clock! Keeps good time and is just a very nice addition to my Dining Room !
