The Wayfair rep was quite nice. This review is more about the product. The stand-up train looks nice but is NOT 6'7" tall as stated in the weights & dimensions section of the product description. I am 5'2" and the train is about a foot shorter than I am - barely comes to my shoulder... see photos. When the company was contacted, they said it is only "68" inches tall. Quite a misprint!!! As this was to be the centerpiece for our event, I am very, very disappointed and scrapping to find a replacement item. Returning this item
