Cute luminaries

Very cute. Made well. I used 12 to do my walk way from the sidewalk to the porch. Everyone liked them.

I followed what a previous reviewer wrote and spray painted the interior yellow and orange-not as easy as it sounded but came out beautiful and I love it! Just have to be careful how you tape and cover it not to get paint everywhere. Now only using a tea light which is enough-

Good with adjustments

In order to get the writing to show with a regular battery operated candle we had to put tinfoil along the back, and white paper in front of the words. Then with 3 candles they glowed. They're really pretty, and I think those tiny fairy lights would work well in them, or tiny rope light.

These + creativity = awesome

These are very well made, high quality. Because of their height, and how much of them have cutouts, you do have to get creative with how to get enough light into them to light everything up, especially the words along the top. I ended up doublestick-taping led tea lights inside the walls behind solid portions. One of them took 4 of the tea lights to sufficiently light up the words.

Can not find anything that will light them up so you can read them

I was happy size, the look and the quality of these luminares. The metal is just thick enough to keep them from flying away or get blown over in a mild wind.
