Nice rug but not the right size for my space. Ordered two and keeping one for another area. Disappointed at the return process. Will cost me quite a bit for return shipping. Would be nice if there were free returns, or at least a lower price. It's almost not worth returning after you deduct the shipping fee.

I really like the pattern/print on the rug, and the website image provides an accurate depiction of the design. Unfortunately, the particular rug that was shipped to me has a defect--a small-ish area near the border where "yarn" was not woven into the backing. I'm going to return this rug to my local HD store and order a replacement for the same style rug. Overall, the quality of the rug is what I expected and wanted for the price; it's both attractive and utilitarian, a rug that's made for everyday use by a family of four and a 60-pound dog. When the inevitable spills, footprints, etc., appear on this rug, it won't be the end of the world. If you're looking for a high-end rug that will last for years to come, this isn't it--spend more and get what you really want.

Goes really well in our home! This rugs pattern is clear but not overwhelming. The 10' x 12' fits nicely completely under a king size bed with enough room for the nightstands. Any creases and bumps are coming out nicely. . . Came packaged in a thick plastic and arrived very quickly. Photo and color online were quite accurate. Will definitely buy through Houzz again. I got a great rug for a wonderful price. . . Now off to look at a vanity for the master bathroom!!!

Nice colors, soft, and cleans well

After moving into a new home we needed a new area rug. It's a difficult decision to make especially when looking online instead of in person. I chose this one for the light colors. It's a great rug for the price I paid. It is surprisingly soft. I was worried we'd be getting some cheap thin rug, but this turned out to not be the case so I'm happy about that. Two days after putting it down we had a minor incident. Our dog has a tumor in his bladder, and due to this often has bouts of loose stool. My husband let him in only to find our dog had stepped in his poo and tracked it inside and onto the carpet. It cleaned well. Like really well. We'd buy again.

We LOVE this rug! We ordered a couple different ones as we've been told you have to see it in your own home before you'll really know if it looks right. We kept this one and returned the others to our Home Depot store, and it was very easy to do so. They unloaded for me and the return itself was easy as pie.

Better than expected!

This affordable rug has outdone itself! The blue is beautiful - not too dark so as to darken the room, but not a bright blue so as to draw attention to itself. The shade of blue is perfect. There's enough design that hides the fact that 4 children and a black/white dog live hard in that room. It laid down nicely after placing heavy books on just 2 corners for a day. We added a thick rug pad (I recommend) and it is so comfortable underfoot - both soft and cushy. I previously had an off-white shag rug that made no sense for my family living situation (but was pretty for a short while!). This one is completely practical, yet so pretty. I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

Master Bedroom Makeover

It was time to update our Master Bedroom after 16 years of a very country look. This rug was the piece to bring it all together. It was a darker blue than what appeared in the picture but the shade was in the same family as what appeared on the computer screen so it was fine. It has a great plush feel on bare feet and immediately transformed the room. . . . . I phoned into Houzz to have help as I made the purchase and again as I sought help on the delivery date. Both times I received excellent help and guidance. The shipment was received in a timely manner and was in perfect condition upon arrival.

This rug is absolutely great. It lays flat right away, color is better than pictured online, and It really met my expectations. It even came a few days earlier than expected. Very happy with my purchase! The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the sizing. It actually measures 8 x 10' which suited my needs better. Seems that it will hold up well since it is not in a high traffic area. Great price for the quality. ( and I got it on sale )

Nice rug!

This rug is the perfect size for our den. I put it over the wooden floor, and it looks great. The pile is very soft, but not too high. We didn't want a super-thick rug due to the tendency to trip over it. This is the perfect thickness for us.
