Very poor quality and horrible customer service

I ordered 6 chairs from this site. For almost all the chair handles, the leather covering is either damaged or chain is broken. I contacted customer care and its now over 3 months, but no update. I didn't get the partial refund or replacement covers for those chairs. I will never buy from this site again.
