Arms of the chairs are broken

The hand rest of both chairs are broken, what can I do now? Will I get replacement? Or Refund? Or what?

Cheap for a lot of money

This is poor quality furniture. Looks great in the pictures and description but dont get fooled because it is cheap quality. Please dont waste your money or time. You will lose approximately 75$ to return it because return is not free and the box is big
