The rug I order arrived promptly however it was the wrong size, colour and shape.I was unimpressed with the returns process and canceled the order.I asked repeatedly for a copy of the complaints process however that was not forthcoming. From my experience I find it difficult to believe the company does not possess one.

This rug looks exactly like the pictures, I’m really pleased with it. The edges aren’t lying completely flat yet but it’s only had it a few hours. It’s super easy to hoover and doesn’t slide as I added a slip mat underneath.

Vintage rug well worth purchase

The colours are just what I wanted in this rug muted but clear … doesn’t move on my karndean flooring I’m very pleased looks great.
