Beautiful "Modern Mission Style Bedframe in Vintage Oak"

Item arrived in 3 separate, large boxes, 3 days after we ordered it. Each box was VERY sturdy, and all items were very well packed and protected within their boxes. There is a large amount of packing material that will need to be recycled (between boxes, styrofoam, and plastic). All parts were clearly labelled and well organized. We were MORE THAN impressed with the quality and organization of the packaging alone. We would DEFINITELY consider ordering additional furniture pieces from them. Well defined direction pamphlets were included in the appropriate boxes. It took us (older folks in our 70's) about 3 hours to fully unpack, and construct the bed. Some of the parts are fairly heavy.

The order arrived in 4 days and was relatively simple to put together. I think it's a good value and it looks great. One of the drawer fronts was delivered damaged. I had to contact Overstock because it was still within the window for exchange/returns. Overstock went over and above and sent an entirely new bedroom set they were unable to order just the damaged drawer front. What great customer service! High five for Overstock.com! Also, be advised, the color is listed as vintage oak and in the picture of the product, it's a medium brown. The actual color is a very dark espresso brown color. Look at the pics. I would have preferred the lighter color but this will work as well. So, the picture of the product on the website needs to be updated.

This bedroom set is really nice for the money. I bought a similar set about 3 years ago and it was more expensive and the quality was nearly as nice. I still need to see if it holds up but the material is very promising.

It's OK...Chinese made that you have to assemble...The Rocket Scientists at Overstock shipped a partial order and then tried to claim that total order had been shipped...Then, the next day the side rails showed up and I still wondering where the Head Board is as they stated everything was in stock...

High quality, darker than expected

This is much darker color than expected. It looks good in our bedroom, but doesn't match the dresser I just bought. It's very easy to put together and was packaged well. The only bad thing is that it comes in three boxes. We got box 1 and 3 on Thursday and still haven't received the footboard. Delivery confirmation is set for all three boxes so don't know when the 3rd box will be here.

Disappointing

Chest of drawers came with a cracked top. Seems to be an issue with packaging. Ordered a second chest and this top was also cracked. Very dissatisfied with customer service with Walmart and the manufacturer. Walmart want to send everything back and manufacture would replace just the top. There were other minor cosmetic flaws, but never received satisfaction on the top. Second chest returned and original still not attached to chest and sitting in garage. Nice furniture if you don’t have broken parts.

King size wood frame

Needed a new frame for a King size bed, it works wonderfully but wish the foot board was slightly taller.

ModernMission Vintage Oak Queen Bedroom Set

Very good buy for the money. Very sturdy. Color was a lot darker than the picture. Still it looks like more than I paid. Took about 15 hours to put all 4 pieces together. Directions were easy to follow and understand. Dresser took the most time. All in all, we are very pleased with the set.

Great quality!

I am so very pleased! I just received my new mission style king size bed! It matched the description listed and is very good quality! The color matched the rest of my furniture perfectly! Better yet - it arrived earlier than expected!!!

Missing items and no response

I have only revived 2 of the5 pieces however it says I have received it all. I was told that overstock would check on it and 2 days later nothing. Help!

Overall a Good Quality Purchase.

Just got this set, but it seems to be good quality. It can be a bit time consuming to put together, especially the nightstands.Was delivered by UPS and included 7 separate heavy packages. I live on a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator and it was a struggle. I wish I had known ahead of time that apartment deliveries would not include front door delivery. Other than that so far I am happy with this purchase!

The bedroom set is very nice but unfortunately had to return due to not reading and realizing I had to assemble. Also wondered why the set was not available with all pieces of the set, and the other pieces were not available to purchase separate
