I returned this product because it would not work with my vintage bathtub

Too many problems
Purchased to replace a similar fixture that was 20 years old…this one looked very similar. BUT the hand shower had such weak water pressure that it was practically useless until my contractor took it apart and removed the parts that inhibited the water flow. In addition, the handles of the fixture are attached by tiny set screws which are very awkward positions. These screws require frequent tightening which is practically impossible to do…the handles come loose and fall off frequently as a result.

This faucet is beautiful! 2 issues keep it from getting 5 stars: The center nob for switching from spout to hand shower came off right away and cracked when it hit the tub. We put it back on but the connection isn't great. Also, our plumber had to install some kind of special device to bring this to code because it appears is made without scald protection or something. I don't remember because it was 2 years ago but he said it was a pain and now we have a big apparatus under our kitchen sink to accommodate that change. Other than that and the cracked handle it still works great and looks amazing after 2 years of (light) use.

Love this faucet on our new clawfoot tub. We got the oil rubbed bronze and it's gorgeous! It's a little pricey, but the product is that way everywhere. It looks beautiful and works great!

This is a beautiful faucet and works great. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't seem to have a flow restrictor on the gooseneck faucet to save on water.
