It is a lovely rug, though not particularly thick. For the price it is perfect for our travel nurse apartment in the bedroom. We will add a good quality rug pad.
Really nice runner rug. It's the colors I needed and it is very soft. It's well-made, though it does seem to be a bit thinner than previous runners I've had. Hoping it holds up for a few years.

If you are looking for a neutral rug with cream/beige/black tones this rug is perfect. The pattern is subtle enough to coordinate with any furniture you have while still adding a bit of interest to the room. It is very thin, but unless you are going to be laying on it it is fine for under furniture. Even though it is low pile it is very soft and silky to touch. This rug is just right for my neutral living room.
It was a terrible purchase. The rug looks and is described as" Ivory" on the website of both Safavieh and Houzz. When it arrives, it is grey. According to the Houzz rep, grey and ivory are considered the same. So, I am completely annoyed that I need to send it back, and I need to pay for the shipping. So in conclusion, I will be doing all future purchase with Home Depot. They carry the same products, and offer free returns when they mistakes.
I bought this rug for my computer desk. I love the blue color. The rug is an excellent quality for the price. Modern and very easy to maintain (vacuum). Highly recommend this rug. I also bought the light silver/beige one for my bedroom. Here you can see them both.

The photos online don't even come close to matching this rug. I'm not sure if it's because I ordered the smallest size, but the pattern is VERY clear on half of the rug and then it fades to nothing on the other half. I wanted a vintage look, but this just looks like the printer stopped in the middle of production. I sent the 1st one back thinking it was a defect, but it looks like all of the 2'x3' rugs are like this because the replacement was exactly the same. It's sad because the quality seemed okay, but the rug looks weird and defective so I won't be keeping either, sadly.
I ordered two of these rugs. One for by my front door and one by my door leading into house from garage. It's a beautiful color. Hides soil well. Durable. My only complaint is that it's a very low pile and the pits to vacuum.I need to plant one foot on the end of the rug and hold on tight while trying to push the vacuum. It's really a challenge to use the beater bar on the vacuum with this rug. But I do LOVE the color and durability.
Beautiful, but be sure you know what to expect
The color is a little less teal/green in my home lighting than the pictures show, I would say it is more medium blue/turquoise in my house. So the blue/multi color description is pretty accurate. When the sun shines on it, it does look a little bit closer to the pics. I read reviews all over the internet, so I knew what to expect. It's viscose which I was very apprehensive about: it does shed, it is super thin, it does show "foot prints" and it drastically "changes colors" lighter and darker (similar to the look of a velour/velvet fabric) depending on the angle you're looking at it (or when you rub your hand across it). I have it so that the "lighter" side faces me when I walk in the room and I can see more of the rug detail (and for some reason you can't see the foot prints from that angle). When I look at it from the "darker" side the colors are deeper and more tonal. . . . . You cannot use a regular vacuum on it. The fibers are woven so tight that that the rug sticks to the vacuum. I use a stick vac and turn off the beater bar and vacuum only in one direction, not back and forth. Gets those footprints out that way too, if they bother you. . . . . I haven't gotten it wet yet, supposedly water discolors this type of material, but I took the chance anyway. (Obviously this is not an "easy-care" rug.) It's dark enough, busy enough, and distressed enough that I think it would hide stains well. The rug is thin enough that I don't think it will show too much matting, flattening, or wear over time. This is certainly not an heirloom quality or an investment by any means, but it is attractive and on trend. Besides, I think I will probably get the itch to redecorate before this thing wears out. And rugs don't last long in my house anyways with three little kids, so sadly I am just used to buying rugs that are less expensive and replacing them every few years. . . . . I got an amazing deal on this rug directly from H O U Z Z (not a third party seller on the site) , over 300 dollars cheaper than H D or any where else so I took the chance on this rug. It was wrapped poorly for shipping ( I think most rugs you order online come straight from the manufacturer, so I don't think it was H O U Z Z 's fault). The bag ripped open on the end and the back side of the rug was scuffed up and pulled some threads. It was raining on delivery day and luckily the open part did not get wet. The other end of the package was covered in mud and due to the poor wrapping, a little bit of mud got on the binding. I wiped it off and kept the rug anyway because rugs are such a pain to ship back. . . . . All things considered, this is a very beautiful and soft to the touch rug. I am happy with it and think it was a good value for the price I paid. I would have never paid the full price for it though. I do wish I could have found a similar looking rug in this color in a more durable, shed proof, easy care synthetic material. I could not, trust me, I looked for months. It has nice detail and the pattern is pleasing and not too busy or distracting. I don't think it looks cheap even though it is thin, and when anchored by my furniture it doesn't slide around. It is great for a vintage distressed look, so I think if any accidents happen, it will just kind of go with the look. We'll see. . . . . If you're particular about carpet foot prints, need a cushy soft rug you want to be able to lay on, or know you're going to be bothered if you have a bunch of kool aid or pet accidents....keep looking (unless you intend for this to be a short-term, disposable rug). If you want to try out the vintage overdyed trend without breaking the bank and know what to expect from a viscose rug, I think this is a good buy if you get it on sale.

I LOVE this rug! The colors are beautiful shades of beige and browns. It is a thinner rug but it unrolls easily and lays flat nicely. With a rug pad it feels thicker. The texture is definitely silky. Very vintage/elegant. Well made. True to picture and description on website.
Beautiful!
It's always a little scary ordering a rug online as pics are often a little off from what they look like in person. But I was very pleasantly surprised how beautiful this rug turned out to be. It's under my bed under a dark brown/grey bed frame and it really stands out. I wanted something to really bring the room alive, and this rug really did it. The contrast from the deep bright blues of the rug against the dark brown just makes the room pop. Very happy with this purchase!
Perfect for our bedroom
Love these rugs. Bought two for each side of our bed. I prefer these low profile type of rugs. Very soft. Doors can close over the rugs without problem. Color is beautiful - intense but not bright. Price was very reasonable compared to others I have purchased directly from the local stores.
Awesome Rug For The Price
This is a beautiful rug which feel like those that I see at other stores which cost over a thousand easily. However, the rug is much thinner than those expensive rug, but you can always add on a rug pad. I love the feel of the rug which is very silky. The only reason I return the rug is because the color wasn't what my girlfriend wanted. Return was easy, just keep the original packaging material.

Love It!
I had been looking at this rug for months. Really loving it but worried about purchasing one on line. I finally had to have it. I was worried about the color but the colors were prettier than the picture. The texture of the rug is soft and silky. The nap is not very thick but that is perfect for me as I wanted it to put on top of my carpet. It arrived within days. It looks very elegant. Would buy more and most definitely would recommend this rug to others. Actually, I already have.
Perfect for my wood floors
I love this rug. It's exactly what I was hoping for, something to bring a bit of soft but rich color into a mostly monochromatic (browns and blue-greys) room. I like the fact that it's a bit thinner and not heavily thick because I don't trip on it. It sits nicely on the ground. I did need to work out a non skid pad so my dogs don't skid it around the room, so I'd recommend that. The color is a bit richer than I thought it would be from the online photos, but it's still the same color cast and I actually love the color with everything else - just something to be aware of if you're looking for something grayer in tone.
Disposable rug...
I love the color and slight sheen to this carpet. It is so soft, and so crappy. It is made of viscose, with is basically an artificial cellulose-based polymer according to Wikipedia. It is more like wood pulp and cellulose. My son spilled a little bit of clear water on it. I blotted it and dried it and it looks like my dog peed on it. I read up on viscose rugs and you cannot get any sort of liquid on it (it will yellow and remove the sheen), can't have it where anyone would dare to walk (as the weak fibers will break), and basically use it only as a wall hanging. Very disappointed that Overstock carries these rugs especially with no warning about how to basically not buy one ever. There is no caveat emptor warning, but there should be.
Awesome rug
Love, love, love this rug. Bought 2, one for under my coffee table and one for under my dining room table. The colors are amazing - mostly turquoise but also quite a bit of green which goes great with my sofa and dining room chairs. Also a touch of navy. It is thin (low pile) which is what I wanted. It was wrapped well in thick plastic and rolled up so there were no creases in it when it is unrolled.
Nice rugs - great price
I bought two of these to complete a bedroom makeover for my wife and was very pleasantly surprised to find that the color was exactly as pictured on line. As others have mentioned, these rugs are not plush but provide a great vintage look in a beautiful melange of turquoise shades. With a decent pad underneath you will feel you are getting a very attractive look and feel for pretty short money . Wife and daughter love them and so do I!
Works perfectly for my transitional bedroom
I debated quite a bit before trying this rug - knowing from experience how much colors can vary online. However, it was just what I hoped for. The background color is described as 'stone' and that's accurate. The tone is on the warm side (not gray) with gold and soft black in the design. The edge binding is cream. The pattern feels tribal and doesn't have any noticeable floral aspect, which gives a more modern look. It's not as shiny as some viscose rugs, but there is a light sheen to the weave. While thin, it is soft to the touch. The backing is less slippery than I expected on my wood floors. May be able to do without a rug pad. I'd give 5 stars if it were rubber-backed, but overall this is a very nice runner! Looks high end and more expensive than what I paid.
More Brown Then Grey
This rug is very pretty in person but beware there is more brown in it then grey like the product details tell you. Also this rug is a little bit ombre. I love the stone side with the grey coming through but as you move to the other side of the rug it get darker and a lot of brown is seen. Also when you move the fibers when you step on it you leave behind dark hill prints until you wipe it with your hand and this might really bother some. I wish the whole print was like the light stone side that you seen in the picture. Still, I like it and my husband describe it as high definition camo because it's color changes with the light or where you are standing.
