For my purposes the rolling garment racks with covers are an excellent buy. If you are wondering if you want to spend more for the rack cover I would urge you to get it to protect your clothing. I am purchasing several pieces of cedar wòod to make “bottoms” for the racks. I am not sure how I will seal the bottom but a staple gun
