I lack vitamin B, as I am mostly plant-based, so I needed a supplement. This one is great, and fairly affordable. I like that it is a 3 month supply so I don't have to keep buying every month. I will say, though, the capsule is bright yellow and does make my urine very vibrant. I've had no bad reactions to this and will keep taking it. A win for me!
