Nearly impossible to put together. The instructions are not very good at all. So disappointed. Some parts have peeled or broken off because of the cheap wood.

Gets the job done!

Very big nightstand and very elegant look. The “charging” part is a little hoax for the price increase as it’s not electronics within the nightstand it’s just an extension cord. Should just have an option with or without it. Top drawer opening out is actually a nice touch.

All the pieces and parts fit together nicely. a little intimidating to start but the second one was easier.

The sliding top can't completely close. At best you'll have 1/4 inch gap. It's OK, and let's me get rid of the bedside tables I hated. For an electronics based concept, it would be more suited to have USB ports in the power strip that comes with the cabinet

Hamilton Beach 4 slice toaster is outstandingly engineered, and I am proud to own my toaster which will last for a long time.

Works for me

Only problem I have with it is that things in the top drawer part can get in the way of the mechanism so it won't close until you move them. Not a big deal.

Cool concept but it was all uneven using the predrilled holes. I regret this purchase.

It's ok not best

It was easy to put together. Instructions was easy to put together. Not Impressed with final outcome. Too many gaps around one side of the drawers. I followed instructions.

Love this side table for our guest bedroom. It was easy to assemble and arrived exactly as described. Guests appreciated the ability to have multiple outlets for charging, so convenient...and they didnt have to go hunting for a low outlet behind furniture. As described by others, you do have to be careful what you set on top, due to power access, but have found that a small table lamp fits perfectly, and allows for the functionality intended.

Don't do it!

First of all the assembly instructions are ridiculously poorly written. I could get over that if the product was any good. These are night stands. You will probably set a drink on them now and then. But one minute of moisture on it and the finish bubbles. Ruined in less than a week. And the split top design is a pain. Awful!

Great Dresser

I really enjoy this product. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating was the confusing assembly instructions. Outside of that, it looks fantastic and has been a great-functional addition to my bedroom.

These night stands are mostly sturdy, have a cool design and good drawer space. I'm not giving it 5 stars because not everything lines up super well with assembly. And putting it together was a pain in the butt. But these aren't bad nightstands by any means and are a decent value for the price point.

Formaldehyde in Furniture

I wrote a review complaint about chemical smell being emitted from nightstand I purchased. In review I said customer service was aware of issue and I thought it smelled like formaldehyde: my eyes and nose were burning from it. I’m oncology patient and this making me sicker than I already am. Nobody from company has reached out to me yet. Today I looked up the use of formaldehyde in furniture. Guess what? South Shore uses formaldehyde and I believe it’s at above-regulated amounts. I’m filing formal complaints about this with Better Business Bureau in California and whomever oversees/regulates these issues in Canada. Nowhere did I read before I ordered that this product was known to emit chemicals, specifically formaldehyde. This is unconscionable. I’m not very happy to be exposed to this, especially since I’m already dealing with cancer and cancer-trusted issues!

My husband loves this nightstand because he can put his laptop away and charge it at the same time. He keeps the TV and fan remote in it too.

Very disappointed! When putting this together nothing lined up. And now after trying to fix it, it does not look brand new.
