An outstanding product and outstanding customer service. When I ordered my barstools, COVID had interrupted manufacture and shipping. I went ahead and paid for what I wanted. The website provided an estimated get well date and sure enough, I got an email that confirmed shipping would occur during the month they had predicted. I then began an email exchange with someone in customer service who was amazing: she kept me informed of the manufacture date and shipping and answered all my questions by email promptly. The barstools arrived in superior packaging and were very easy to assemble. A terrific product from a terrific company.

Haven't used yet, quick delivery

We haven't used them, yet, as we are waiting to finish the house they will go in. That's why the 4 stars instead of 5. Peek in the box says we will be happy. Quick delivery, too.

Well built, look beautiful and sturdy stools

These barstools are awesome! I spend several hours a day sitting on one and they are comfortable, sturdy, secure, and gorgeous. We had an event shortly after they arrived and people chose to sit on them first. Thank for the quality construction and great design.
