This fan is so great. It’s like they took the concept of a hairdryer and scaled it way up. For something with such a small footprint, it moves a ton of air. It’s a similar CFM rating to my box fan, but since it’s focused and directed, it seems way more powerful. It’s also significantly quieter than others I’ve had with similar CFM ratings. And the way it pushes some air straight out and some up high into the room is gear for me in my room with vaulted ceilings. Usually hot, stale air gets kind of trapped near the top, but this fan cycles the whole room thoroughly. And the price? It’s a lot of money for any fan, but considering it’s far and away the best I’ve ever owned - even compared to other Vornados - I would happily buy one for every room in the house.

Love the design. Love the amount of air it moves. A great supplement to my AC system on a long hot summer night.

Purchased two, returned both. No refund yet. Some things I liked, but fan simply moved very little air.

I don't like how this sounds, it's whiney and sounds like it's gonna fail. I wanted this fan to help propel my AC into our room from the floor vents and not pick up the loose hairs from my wife and daughters like previous fans. Our previous fan would get tangled super fast and I couldn't keep up with the detanglement.

I live in AZ and needed better air circulation for my floor vents so I bought 3 of these.

It is so quiet and the remote controle is great . Has so meany different settings .

We just love this fan so very quiet. It is easy to put it out of the way and still it cools a room with out any sound .It is perfect for us .

Not as quiet as it’s purported to be.

While the fan is seemingly very nice, the sound it makes on high was at a pitch that was very irritating. It wasn’t like white noise of other fans, but had a high pitch whine to it. It was not screechy or anything like that, but high enough that it was irritating. Had to return it.

powerful little fan

I have really enjoyed using this Strata Oscillating Fan. It is excellent for circulating cool air through the room or from one room to another. It is exactly what I needed and I would buy again.

Like that it's quite at night when on at low speed!

This fan is very strong for its size. I like how strong it is, and the fact that oscillates. Fans that are very strong are loud just like this one but does not oscillate or move the air at all. Very easy to clean.

Quiet

Unit is not quite as powerful as the older fans, but even on full blast it is 75% less noisy. Takes up less space on the floor.

This fan is great. It’s quiet, very powerful, light, and compact. The design is different to usual, the air comes out of the long skinny opening instead of a wide face. This lets even the slowest settings be very strong. I also appreciate the remote being magnetic, it’s super convenient.
