Really beautiful hand blown light
I would give 5 stars if the pendants were in new impeccable condition. Both pendants had sticky substance on the brass part. I was unable to remove this sticky substance with warm water and a soft cloth (per instructions from Customer Service). Customer Service then sent me 1 replacement pendant instead of 2. Regardless of the confusion on the number of pendants, the replacement had the same sticky substance plus two scuff marks exposing what is underneath the brass finish. There seems to be a QC issue with this product. Also, this process has been long and painful thanks to slow customer service response (email only) & processing/ship times: First 2 pendants arrived on 9/28, replacement pendant arrived on 10/8, and now waiting again for customer service to respond. Hope this is all worth the wait for these beautiful pendants.
