Sink also warped

I'm on my 2nd Vox sink from Kohler. This one is deformed and warped on the front left corner worse than the previous one I got. Extreamly disapoined since we have a custom wood counter that is cut to fit this defective sink that Kohler appears to be having problems manufacturing correctly.

love the VOX line of sinks....the 36" sink looks awesome from the top...however, the base of the sink (portion that rests on the countertop) is warped as much as 1/2"....we didn't notice the variation until it was mounted on the countertop; sealed the top (including variations) with lexol

Update to previous review

I would like to update my previous review to reflect that a different Kohler rep did get in contact with me immediately after the review was posted and stayed in excellent contact with me throughout the rest of the process. She offered to personally hand-check the next sink I would be sent to make sure it was not warped, and to not charge me for the new sink even if it was perfect. After having an entire batch of sinks checked, she told me that they were ALL warped and that the company would be reviewing the manufacturing process for this sink. She offered to send me the least warped of the group at no charge and I accepted this offer. While I still cannot recommend choosing this particular sink based on knowing that there is no chance of it being level, I do want to thank Kohler and my new rep for being very attentive after my initial review and not charging me for the sink.

Warped upward on front

We have bought and returned 6 of these sinks from four different distributors (Lowe's, a Kohler showroom, a local bathroom shop, and an online retailer) and they are all the same - warped upward on the front edge. Our contractor had already cut the hole in our countertop using the template provided before the defect in the sink was noticed, and since it is such a large sink, there aren't really any other sinks we can use instead that will fully cover the cutout. When we called Kohler customer service, the phone rep would not give us any help and just told us to contact our distributor. When one of the distributors was finally able to get a Kohler rep to look at the sink in person, the rep at first agreed it was warped, but then called back a few weeks later and tried to blame it on our countertop not being level. We have of course already put a level on our countertop to check and the countertop is completely level (see photos). We have also put a level up to the base of each sink to confirm that the sink is actually warped. Also there are reviews on other websites with photos where other people show that the smaller sinks in the Vox line have also shown up with similar warping. I'm disappointed in the poor quality product from Kohler, but even more so I am disappointed with the horrible customer service we have received from Kohler regarding this issue; they have basically just refused to address the issue at all and refused to admit there is a problem with the sink.

Just finished remodel of master bathroom. Purchased this sink and installed about a month ago. This sink definitely gets a WOW!! reaction!! It's beautiful!! Purchase was easy, delivered on time, everything was excellent.

Nice large sink.

This extra large sink was installed in my employee bathroom. I wanted a large sink because I knew that everyone would be using it for washing out their coffee mugs etc. and this one was perfect for a mini kitchen sink! It has not disappointed.
