As another person mentioned, the back does not come forward enough to sit upright. The chair is also very tall, and will not go any lower. It is advertised as having a tilting seat, but does not have the knob to make the adjustment. I feel like I was sent the wrong chair. It is missing several of the advertised features

Very Good Larger Person Chair!!

This chair is heavy duty, simple and supportive. The seat and base are wide and I do not feel like I am falling out of it or tipping over. Very well made!

Why are these chairs coming with no arms?

I don't know if this is a warehouse issue or the fact that there is no numbers that match on the box to the Item # in the catalog but I'vee seen several reviews where the chairs are coming with no arms..

Product photo and details advised that chair came with arms. First delivery-no arms, Office Depot advised would pick up and resend correct product. Second delivery -still no arms.

Armless Chairs

We were going to order a total of 6 min. and wanted to check them out first so we ordered 2. Those 2 showed up with no arms. Replacement showed up with no arms. Now we have 4 to return and 2 more replacements are on their way assuring us they have arms.

I would buy something else

I guess I bought it in a hurry, the seats a little small, it does not go high enugh for me.

Great Chair

I was in a hurry when I ordered the chair and I missed the line about Arms are separate. Still the chair is great. Be sure to order the arm rests if you want them. Usually I don't get arms since we have a small office. But this is my sister's chair in a separate office.

Great for big guys!!

Most high use chairs I researched were rated only to 250 lbs. This one tops out at 550 and does not skimp on comfort. First rate cylinder, casters and all other hardware. I'm looking forward to many years of service from this chair.

Average Basic Use

I wouldn't consider this a high use task chair. It does not have enough adjustments to customize it and the seat is much harder than expected. It offers good support but not for long term use... after a while my low back was aching. I need to be on a computer for 8-10hrs every day minimum and I think I'm going to need to opt for something with several more adjustments and better quality. I don't know that I can keep this chair for what I need. Again, if you're looking for basic support for just a couple of hours a day, this will work just fine and the price is right. It's very easy to assemble and was in good condition upon arrival.

good chair that feels very sturdy, however the seat is much harder than I thought it would be. I would imagine this is best over time so the cushion doesn't get matted down. nice wheels, glide easy. very good chair overall, but pricey.

Impressed with quality of chair for price

I spend hours sitting when I work at home sometimes. This chair provides comfortable seating with good lumbar support for extended work periods. My back does not hurst after sitting for extended periods.
