Won’t seal at the top

Looks and feels great, works fine as just a mug around the house. Travel wise—poor insulation and the lid doesn’t seal closed. You push it down over and over and it always creates this gap on one side that allows liquid to seep through as you drink. Disappointed because you’d expect better quality at this price point, and the whole point of purchase was the travel-ability of this mug.
