Maybe I can get your attention this way? I bought a bunch of these a year ago, partially with PayPal and partially with a gift card that I received as a gift. I returned the towels and have proof of return and proof they were received, yet the gift card portion of my order was never credited to me. I was told I would receive 150 in store credit (the amount of the card). Nothing. Well, something: the return now shows that I owe you money, over two-hundred dollars, ha. Hello??? It's been like a year now.

I thought this towel was so pretty when it arrived. I washed it & line dried it. First time I used it to dry my hands, a big piece of thread pulled out and I could tell the rest of that row will pull out. Pretty towel if you plan to never use it.

MY ONE AND ONLY FACE CLOTH

I found these cloths many years ago and have never wanted to use anything else. I was so pleased to find them available at Macy’s. They are of delicate, yet well made softly textured fabric, that rinses well and dries quickly after use. In spite of their thinness they last a long time and never fall apart. They are soft and so pleasant to use on the face. They make me feel I am doing something very nice and special for myself. They’re different and you fall in love with them.

The color and feel are excellent. However, functionally, it’s not going to work well as a hand towel. The weave is so loose that with the first use I have already snagged the thread despite removing my jewelry! A nail caught it. I had hoped it would work in the powder room but my guest is not going to enjoy snaring my towel loops.

Towels are okay, reel flimsey, little lint. Color perfect - light gray

These are the worse towels I’ve ever purchased. Cheap and thin material. I spent a lot of money for two towels that I will be using for garage towels. Don’t waste your money!

Poor quality. Don't bother. All I did was wash them and threads are pulling all over the "waffle weave" side. Just awful.

Snags

Was hoping these were a match to my fav BBBeyond Studio Waffle/Twist towels, but no dice. The thread in the waffle side snag during basic hand drying, and I have short nails. Husband complained they were too short him and didn’t absorb well.

I bought some of these towels a few months ago to try because I read some reviews. Absolutely loved them so much that I ordered more. Am slowly replacing ALL our towels with these. Love the look of them. Love the feel of them Love that they dry so fast and no more wet or sour towel smell . You can tell that I love them and the colors are very pretty too.

Too sheer

I have the single sided version of this towel (one side the air waffle weave, the other side normal) and really like it, so I decided to try the double sided one.

Snags easily

These towels are nice and lightweight, and dry your body nicely. But the moisture wicking air waffle texture snags very easily and then the threads end up pulling the material into a bunch. It's very easy to snag on jewelry, or even just snag with your fingers while drying off your body. Overall the towels are nice, just be aware that you will be snagging the texture and pulling threads out of place.

Very thin and looks like an inexpensive weave.

I like this towel a lot. My previous towel was a very large bath sheet. I am old and it just became too heavy and difficult for me to manage. This is smaller and much lighter and dries well. I like it.
