I love the design of this rocking chair, but I...

I love the design of this rocking chair, but I feel it's overpriced for its quality. The seat cushion could use more cushioning as it's a bit hard, and it squeaks when repositioning yourself or getting up. It's intended for a very short person. I'm 5'1" and it's still a tad too short for me.

Mixed feelings about the practicality of the piece

Really pretty mid-century modern rocking chair for our son's nursery. I love the grey color even though it's far lighter than pictured online. Receiving a much lighter shade didn't bother me. We did receive it with missing hardware so we couldn't build it when we needed it. Thankfully, Overstock was super fast in sending an extra set of hardware. One downside I will say on the piece is the height of the arm rests. They're quite low. I know it's meant to be that way cause of the design, but it's hard to get comfortable with your baby in your arms and my husband and I always need to prop a pillow underneath to bring our son closer to us.

Easy to assemble & color is as pictured. The rocking chair looks great in my daughter’s nursery, I love the wood rockers. I wish it was a little softer & that the arms were slightly higher but I would recommend this rocking chair!

This is the second time I've ordered this rocking chair for a nursery, and it looks amazing. I love the modern clean lines of the chair, paired with the simple wood rocking base. I would not hesitate to buy it again!

Chic Nursery Chair

Great modern mid century chair. It fits perfectly in our nursery. It's just the right size not too big since the nursery room is small. My husband put the chair together in under an hour. My only complaint is that the seat cushion is hard but I've read in other reviews that the cushion softens over time.

Chair is not as comfortable as it appears. Too hard. We didn't return and wish we had. We should have saved the box. Sorry I purchases.

Great rocker for nursery

Great quality rocking chair. Good size for seating area. Cushion was a little stiff but has soften a bit after sitting down a few times. Would recommend!

We knew it was risky ordering a piece of furniture like this online, but it was a necessary gamble... and it paid off. We wanted a reading chair for our master bedroom and this piece fit all our specs. Its back is high enough for my husband and I to rest our heads (he's 6'1" and I'm 5'10"). The material has a high-quality, MCM tweedy look with piping on the edges that makes it look more expensive than it was. The button tufting is very durable and there are no signs that they will pop off. It's not a super soft cushion, which we didn't want anyway because it's bad for your back, but it's not so hard that it's uncomfortable. It's truly just right. The wooden rocking mechanism works very well. The wood is a lovely natural-wood color. We love that there are no cumbersome metal parts or ugly screws showing. It's a great-looking and solid piece of furniture that we'd be proud to use in our living room too, if needed. We both find it a very relaxing and supportive place to sit while reading a book or working on a laptop. It was also a very simple assembly. I'm frankly quite surprised by how much we love it. This is a good deal, folks.

Looks as good, if not better, in person. Easy to put together, although the instructions are just pics, which are not always easy (for me)- need the words, too. It is super firm. Hopefully that means it will hold up well. We'll see, but I am very pleased with it.
